HRAs - Health Reimbursement Arrangements
When it comes to managing health care, consumers have had little control until now. The IRS approved HRA is changing the way health care is delivered for the better. The HRA allows employers to make health care dollars available for employees to spend on planned health care expenses as well as those that are unexpected. Our HRA program is made up of three major components, the employee's personal HRA, the employer's health coverage and a collection of health care tools and resources. Together, with employers, we give employees everything they need to become confident, informed purchasers of health care services.
