Your inquiries, personal information, and insurance coverage will be maintained exclusively for the purpose of quoting, issuing, and servicing your insurance and retirement needs. Executive Benefit Plans, Inc., and our website, BenefitPlans.com warrants that it will not sell, share or in any manner convey your information to others outside the insurance application and client service process.

In fact, we strictly operate in accordance with the Gramm Leach Bliley Act (GBLA), the Pennsylvania Department of Insurance Regulation Chapter 146c, and other federal and state agency requirements. Specifically, we are required to:

(1) Ensure the security and confidentiality of non-public personal information;
(2) Protect against any anticipated threats or hazards to the security or integrity of such information; and
(3) Protect against unauthorized access to or use of such information that could result in substantial harm or inconvenience to any customer.

We have established security measures to protect client data from unauthorized access. We put systems in place to safeguard your private financial and personal data from our employees and/or other agents and associates who work with us, as well as service providers who we rely on to process information required to service your account. We have a written policy in place, which we review quarterly to continually update the protection of client data, and we ask all 'Business Associates' to read and sign a 'Financial Privacy Verification and Service Notice Agreement' annually.

If you are a 'Business Associate' who is doing business with us, please download our Financial Privacy Verification and Service Notice Agreement (below) in order to ensure compliance with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and the Pennsylvania Department of Insurance Regulation, Chapter 146c.
