Annual Ongoing Operation fees range from $950 to $1,250 annually and in most cases include amendments to the plan document, and 'signature ready' 5500 forms as required. Participant fees will range from $12 to $24 annually depending on the plan size, valuation method, and design. these fees are usually paid by each plan participant deducted from their accounts on a quarterly basis. Asset Management Fees are generally deducted from each participant account and will vary based on the size of the plan, the type of fund, and the investment provider.
