Union EmployeesDo we include union employees in our plan?
Most plans exclude union employees where pension benefits have
been negotiated in a collective bargaining agreement. In
some cases, a work site employer may wish to allow union
employees to participate in their 401(k) plan. This can be
accomplished by adopting a specially modified adoption
agreement to cover union employees. Topical Articles of Interest: |
